The following Terms and Conditions have been prepared to help you make the most of your time at SWEAT. Please take a few moments to review.

You may sign up for classes a week before the desired class. For example, you may sign up for class anytime Monday January 13 as early as Monday January 6. Reservations can be made online. You must purchase a class series BEFORE you can reserve a spot in class. If you have trouble signing up for classes online, please call the SWEAT studio. You must be at least 12 years of age to ride at SWEAT.

Please note that if you do not cancel your class reservation within 12 hours of the class, you will lose your class credit. If you have an umlimited membership there is a $5 charge if you do not cancel your class resevation within 12 hours of the class.
In all fairness to all customers, BIKES WILL BE RELEASED at the time class starts. FOR RIDERS RUNNING LATE: we ask that you call the studio to let us know you are on the way. The front desk will hold a reservation for up to 10 minutes after class begins though we cannot guarantee you will be given the bike you signed up for. Riders more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted into the class as it is to disruptive.

RIDERS LEAVING EARLY
if you're planning on leaving early, we kindly request that you tell the instructor ahead of time.
If you are unable to book a bike because the class is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. As bikes open up, we give them away to riders on the waitlist in the order that they put themselves on. You must purchase a class BEFORE you can reserve a spot on the waitlist. If you don't receive a bike in the desired class, the series will be returned to your account to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded.
At SWEAT we require that you wear cycling shoes that clip into the bike. We find that clipping in provides a more stable, safer ride and also allows our riders to target the correct muscle groups.
Shoes are available at SWEAT studios at no charge or you are welcome to bring your own. If you plan to bring your own shoes, we highly recommend using SPD clips
